In this JOYful food series video I am going to show you how to make cream cucumber salad. Cucumbers onion mayo salt sugar vinegar and maybe some pepper and you have a delicious side or snack at your fingertips. RECIPE Supplies: Containers for mixing storing, Container for vegetable peels, Vegetable peeler Knife, Rubber spatula, 1 cup 1 2 cup, 1 tablespoon. Ingredients: 3-5 medium to large cucumbers, 1 medium to large onion type and size doesn't matter I like more onion you might or might not. 1 1 2 cups mayonnaise any brand is fine, 1 2 cup granulated white sugar that is what I use but you can probably use types try it out. 2 tablespoons of white vinegar you can try other types. Pinch or to taste of salt iodized non-iodized or sea salt-- any is fine . Pinch or to taste of ground black pepper Steps: 1. Peel cucumbers and slice thinly Process onion and slice into thin rings. 2. Add sugar mayonnaise vinegar salt and pepper together in mixing storage containers You can mix together ahead of time if you wish. 3. Add cucumbers and onion and mix all ingredients well. 4. Cover container and store in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. The longer you wait the better the taste .
